it was big trouble and that I would need to reovme the hard drive and scan on another computer in order to fix the problem. Ironically Clay's postcard came in the mail just hours after I figured I would be without a computer for several days. (Did I mention I am not a computer expert and I was just going to take it to Best Buy or Fry's, which is usually a BIG hassle and you don't get your computer back for several days maybe even weeks and the customer service is usually horrendous). I thought what the heck I will take a chance and call Clay. He was able to come over the same evening and find the Malware and delete it. I was a little nervous at first allowing a complete stranger into my home but he was very professional, knowledgeable and generally an all around nice guy. He also had lots of patience, it took over 5 hours to get everything. I would highly recommend his services if you are ever in need. I have already referred a few potential clients to him.
